"The hotel was really nice. I really liked the pool and hot tub. The pool could have been a little warm and for the price a free breakfast would have been an added bonus. My only disappointment I had was when I asked the staff if I could have late check out. He said they only give late check out to their high end exclusive members. It made me feel like the average person doesn’t matter to them."

"There was an indoor pool, but no hot tub although it was listed. That was a little disappointing Regardless, the rest of our stay was awesome, that included a very generous breakfast buffet with some different options each day, freshly ground and brewed coffee, one minute fresh pancakes, and prepared oatmeal with four available toppings. Our room and every area in the facility was spotless. The desk staff, breakfast attendant, and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Overall, we did had a good stay. We did have one issue--the pullout couch's mattress cover had blood on it and another "mystery" stain--but the front desk gave us a new cover. Also, some minor repairs/touchups need to be done in the bathroom, but nothing critical. The other areas of the room were clean and general well maintained. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The house was very nice for our family of 9. There was plenty of space. The somewhat separate apartment connected to the main house was great for our older couple. It had its own bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There's a bath on the main floor, one in the basement, and one upstairs. None of them are ensuites. The outdoor gazebo was wonderful, but filthy. It had not been cleaned. We swept leaves, spider webs, and dirt off of everything before we could even sit there. The house had lots of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, spices, and coffee, plus filters. Each bathroom had liquid soap in the showers and on the sinks. There were plenty of garbage bags, bath towels, and hand towels. Sergii ordered lots of bathing wash cloths, so new renters will have plenty. The big, granite island in the kitchen was a perfect place for us to put our snacks, paper plates, etc. The Clark Lake Beach is very small and is more like a 15 minute walk from the house, not 5. There are several great grills for outdoor cooking. We took many family photos outside; as there are multiple great backdrops for pictures. The huge mirror in the front yard was one of them. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of seats for everyone. We especially enjoyed sitting in what we called the Buffalo room. We spent quite a bit of time at the huge dining room table playing games. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee and the hot tub was a big hit. Overall, a great vacation home!"

"Nice place but over priced for location and amenities. Air conditioning was TERRIBLE and could not keep house under 76 degrees despite all fans being on and A/C set to 70. On site video games had nonfunctioning controls. Also, laundry dryer was extremely inefficient.Having lawn care done while we were there on the weekend was not enjoyable. Perhaps schedule that on a Monday or Tuesday?"

"The house sits behind a small Liquor store so it's hard to see from the street as it's set back but the view of the lake is beautiful. Appliances could use an update and there are some repairs needed like the tub/shower and a loose board on the porch. The bedrooms were simple and beautiful with views of the water."
