"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"The property was clean and adequate for our needs for 2 nights but we felt that some updating and repairs to the property were required. The major problem was the awful noise in the evenings from some of the neighbors and children which made it impossible to sit outside. No consideration for others until 11pm.
