"The room smelled like marijuana or some other smoke. It was loud even on the top floor. TV remote has Netflix but when you click it it’s not available. My phone & watch chargers did not work in ANY outlet but worked just fine at the Hilton. The staff were very friendly & professional. That is the only thing keeping me from giving one star. It’s also a bad look when an amputee is wheeling around the lobby all day like it’s a homeless shelter. I deal with this at work & don’t need it when I just want to sleep & go back to it. Very disappointed. Won’t go back EVER"

"Over all good, the only thing I don’t like about it is that people with dogs leave them in the room for a long long time, I hate when people do that poor animals, maybe the property should change policy and ask them not to leave the poor doggies by then selfs, because people like me will get worried, I couldn’t sleep thinking… do they have water? Do they need to go outside are they hungry? That’s not good"

"I know Victorville isn’t the nicest of places but I honestly expected a little more from this location. Pulled in late and they close the lobby, they only have a window to check in which kind of sets the vibe as to where you are. Lots of people hanging out outside smoking even though it was midnight. Although our room was non smoking I feel like there was a lingering smell, maybe from the people smoking outside? Regardless it just all felt a little shady which I’d expect from a smaller motel but not a quality inn. The breakfast was dine in only which I’ve never experienced and didn’t care for. Overall it felt grimey, won’t be staying here again."
