You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Beatiful Home in Hesperia

The home is not furnished; however, with a lease agreement, we can furnish the entire home within 3-4 weeks. We will need a one-month notice. This home has been completely renovated with New Carpeting! New Flooring! New landscaping, Samsung appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, refinished kitchen cabinets, and refinished restroom cabinets. It's a must-see! This single-story home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a family room, a dining area, and a two-car garage. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Energy-efficient landscaping. A couple of dollars for the water bill for LandScaping!! Overall, this house is in excellent condition and is in a very family-friendly neighborhood. No smoking or pets will be permitted within the residence. This home will likely be available for rent on June 1, 2024. Once again, we will need 3-4 weeks advance notice to furnish the home. Currently, the home is not furnished. A minimum of 4 months will need to be leased in order to have the home furnished.
