This is quiet hotel with good breakfast and swimming pool. However, it is a little far from Center of Santorini and bus stop. Have to take a Texi.

Lovely nature resort
Absolutely beautiful hotel with great amenities. Staff are so lovely and welcoming. The rooms have everything you need to make your own food. We went half board and the food in the restaurant was lovely but we’re vegetarian so the choice was slightly limited.

Friendly staff, great room and excellent food! Free shuttle to the beach takes about 30 minutes. The sun loungers on the beach where free as well. We loved our stay and will be back!

Loved our stay here for a week in late August. Resort never felt too busy despite being full. Buffet excellent with lots of choice and different each day. Kids loved the pools and it felt safe enough for them to go off (age 9,12) unsupervised for short periods. Good entertainment and the staff were helpful and just lovely, all the time. Great to have shuttle bus into town for a change of scene and some shopping. Views are beautiful. Good gym and v reasonable mini mart on site

Fabulous Resort, we will return.
Wonderful resort, incredible staff and service, nothing was too much trouble. very good accommodation, cleaned every day. The best food we have ever had at an all inclusive resort, the Rodies was incredible! Excellent customer service with such nice and genuine people, great facilities, various sports and activities available. Great value for money. The things which could be improved in my opinion are: 1. Extending closing time for the swimming pools, from 6pm to maybe 8pm(?) 2. Spa - make it possible to pay on the room as I was requested to pay immediately at the point of booking (3 days in advance). I didn’t have my card with me so was given an hour to pay! But I wasn’t planning to return to the room and wanted to relax. I found the whole experience stressful, with hard sale attitude….. and please do not continue comment/speak to your colleague in Greek during a conversation with a foreign client, it’s rude. After a while I decided to cancel the massage as the whole thing felt wrong. Definitely will recommend this beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature, with great views and friendly vibe :)

If, like me, you have never been to Crete before or are looking for a hotel with some soul and authentic Greek feel then PLEASE book a room at this resort. I had to book this resort fairly late in the day after having to cancel a previous trip to Kos - and I'm so glad for it now! Firstly, the resort is beautiful. Each "room" is like a mini-villa and they only differ based on the number of rooms you need with the larger ones having a private plunge pool. This shared experience really makes you feel as if everyone is in a little community. Secondly, the 'gardens' are almost like a botanical attraction, they are well maintained with huge variety and very fruitful with lemons, pomegranates, olives and herbs - they are not like the sculpted segments of vegetation you get at most hotels. Being the only resort on the hills in the area, every villa can see the sea from their windows flanked by the mountains and hills and enveloped in the gardens - everyday it was beautiful even when cloudy. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and welcoming and happy to help with anything. The Greeks are a lovely people and this is reflected perfectly by the staff - a particular shout out to Georgios and Marianna in the restaurant for their conversation

Class Structure
Hotel lovely, staff fantastic. The only two issues I have with this hotel are the Animation team, very rude and just ignore you. They have there favourites and ignore everyone else... The other issue is, the hotel is a Timeshare hotel. So quite a few of the guests are returning customers. Not all but a large majority treat it like its their own hotel. And look down, and talk down to the other paying guests. Again very rude and think they are above everyone else!

We had a great time, and we even told our friends that the only three things we didn't like the least was the amount of bees that roamed the hotel and it's scary to get stung, the second thing is that the nights were cold and we didn't have a scarf to cover ourselves at night, the next day we asked the maid and she did bring us a scarf, but it had a terrible smell And 3 more nights we were cold at night, and the last thing is that there is no cheese at breakfast, every day the same and there is only one type of cheese to smell. Besides that, we really liked the hotel and had a great time

Friendly and helpful staffs, good wifi, nice swimmpool, beautiful resort and environment. We loved the restaurant, Rodies, that we went twice during our stay. The food was very delicious and the prices were reasonable as well as good hospitality. The resort also provided the Beach experience with free sunbeds and umbrella from a very nice beach club, which we enjoyed a lot and had a really good day there.

Our 2nd stay at Village Heights. A great resort with fantastic amenities. The resort is located up in the hills about a 10-15 minute drive to the closest beaches, however the resort provides a free shuttle that will take you so a car in not needed. There is a small shop located on the property to buy essentials for the kitchen, and the multiple restaurants on site provide excellent food and drink.

Amazing Views and Service
We had a wonderful stay at the resort, the grounds and views were amazing and created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that we were enjoying ourselves. Stefano, the Food and Beverage Manager went above and beyond to make our stay that much better with his friendly demeanor and ensuring that we had a great dining experience throughout the day. We had special dietary restrictions and together with Chef Michalis they made sure we had delightful meal each night in the Elia restaurant.

The Perfect place to Relax
The Perfect Relaxing place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Hersonissis. Love everything about this place, have stayed at least 5 times. Tried all inclusive this year and it was wonderful. A little village on top of a hill with beautiful gardens. Dont hesitate to book it has it all!

Excellent hotel and service, people are amazing. Kudos to George (the restaurant head) for ensuring a perfect service all the time, and to Maria and Stafanis in the big pool for pampering us and make us feel really well! Only 1 suggestion to make it really perfect, PLEASE don’t use plastic water bottles in the restaurant, these ahould but in reality are not recycled and end up polluting such a paradise and the sea, please use glass bottles as in many other restaurants in the island.

Good size bungalows for family holidays. Nice view. Nice swimming pool, not so great food for a 5 star hotel.

Fabulous Resort
Fabulous resort in bungalow style accommodation set beautiful grounds. Everything you could want in the accommodation including a dishwasher! We had the buffet breakfast and dinner and the food and service was superb We used the indoor pool facilities which were great, and had an amazing massage We have already booked a return visit

Great location and hotel offers great value for money - very quiet with fantastic views over the coast. Should be SPA and Golf Resort - Spa facilities and treatments are fantastic but little obvious links to the Gold club.
