Dining at the à la carte restaurant was an absolute pleasure. The menu was creative and full of flavor, with dishes beautifully presented. It felt like dining in a top-tier restaurant – without ever leaving the hotel! Excellent wine list, too. Definitely a must during your stay.

Heronissos stay

This is little suites based hotel with few swimming pools, all inclusive food and drinks and free shuttle ti the beach. Room was spacious with big balcony and sea view. Predominantly, most of the guests were from French speaking countries and there was animation team, but french speaking.

Good break

I e read lots of bad reviews about it but I decided to give a try. Food is good lots of veggies and meats, something for everyone, Appartament very clean, 3 pools one situated half way going towards the beach. Very good customer service, speak to Julia and she will sort everything out. Down side: toilet seats across all resorts need a bit of fixing same as toilet flash systems. Too much French music by the big pool. Overall very good.

The hotel was not a 4 star Hotel. Incomprehensible they have 4 star. I dont no where to start - it was a shabby hotel. The breakfast was so terrible - we bought it elsewhere. We got drinks in colored plastik cups - intended for children. The drinks tastet not good. We got other rooms - because there was so high music every night. There was so loud music at the pool every day - feels like it was a party hotel. Total misleading pictures and discriptions of the Hotel. The guides at the Hotel only speak French.

Not a 4 star hotel

Nice hotel, but the pictures on website of hotel looks a lot better than realitty. In my opinion not a 4 star hotel but 3 star. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good location with walking distance to beach. The hotel area could really need a cleaning hand. Some areas looked really tired and not well maintained. Maybe because of Covid19?? 3 pool areas but the one for small children was not cleaned at att during our stay and there were small rocks and dirt on the ground so our kid hurt them self when walking around the pool area. Asuggestion for improvement is tobadd toilet facilities and small bar or similar the kids pool ares so you don't have to walk 5minutes to nearest toilet and bar. We had all inclusive in our stay and i'm a bit dissapoikted about selection of food made available, especially for the kids. For breakfast there was very little selection of bread available, not even toast bread. For lunch/dinner there where spaghetti bolognese and fish every and a small variety of greek food, but I would consider all meals more or less the same for all days. Some days with fries and maybe even burgers would have been nice. Our kids could not understand why there was no french fries, and I don't think I have ever sgayed in a hotel who did not serve this at all. An old VW shuttle bus took you from one end of hotel to the other end in 2 minutes and worked fine, but driver goes really fast greek style 😉
