The location was very convenient, a supermarket within walking distance, the beach was 5 minutes by foot and excursion booth by the supermarket. The owner does charge $10 Euros for air conditioning per day which was not clearly described when booked. The pool and outdoor area was super! There is no microwave or coffee maker in the apartment, in the bathroom there was just a small showering pan with a handheld sprayer (no curtain) and there was not always hot water. We really enjoyed our stay and this was a great value for the money if you don't mind going without some modern conveniences.

the owners are very friendly, the apartments are modestly equipped, but for very reasonable prices. we usex tbe apartment only for sleeping, otherwise travelling whole day on the island

Det var en underbar vistelse. Familjen som ägde hotellet var väldigt gästvänliga. 200 meter från star beach, nära till stan. Utmärkt centralt boende. Tips man kan beställa väldigt god autentisk grekisk mat från ägarinnan på hotellet som är väldigt trevlig. Helt enkelt värt pengarna man betalar, det var en jättebra vistelse.

Hotellet trenger en oppgradering ! Ingen wifi på rommet, dårlige senger, ingen aircondition, støy fra byen, støy fra kjøleskap og ved dusjing så er vannet over hele badet...

Hotellin puhelinnumero netissä oli väärä. Oli tyttären puhelinnumero joka ei ollut käytössä. Selvisi perillä kun emme saaneet kotimaassa yhteyttä puhelimeen. Olisimme tarkistaneet millä bussilla pääsee Lentokentältä lomakohteeseen. Kentältä suora bussiyhteys lähelle hotellia. Bussipysäkki 24 ja hinta on 3 euroa. Jouduimme menemään taxilla 40 euroa. Hetellihuoneisiin mentiin ulkokautta rappuja pitkin kerroksiin. Missään kerroksessa ei palannut ulkovalot illalla. Vaarallista mennä kapeita portaita ylös ja etsiä pimeässä avaimenreikää.

der perfekte Urlaub

Ich habe mit 3 Freundinnen (22-24) meinen Urlaub auf Kreta verbracht und dabei in einem der Sirocco Apartments gewohnt. Das Apartment an sich war ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Badezimmer, 2 recht großen Schlafzimmern und dem Eingangsbereich mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile, mit 2 Herdplatten und einem Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Für uns 4 hatte es die perfekte Größe. Die Handtücher wurden jeden 2. Tag gewechselt, wobei auch die Betten neu bezogen und das Apartment geputzt wurde. Zwar war die Küche scheinbar nur für 3 Bewohner ausgestattet aber unser 'Gastvater' hat uns jederzeit mit Utensilien ausgeholfen. Man fühlt sich einfach immer willkommen. Auch die Lage war für unseren Urlaub gerade richtig. Zu Fuß konnte man in 2 Minuten einen etwas kleineren und nach ca 4 Minuten einen relativ großen Supermarkt erreichen. Zum 'Star Beach' gelangt man zu Fuß innerhalb von ca 7 Minuten und ins Stadtinnere mit Bars ca 10 Minuten. Falls man feiern will und keine Lust hat zu laufen kann man für 7 € ein Taxi nehmen und wird direkt zur 'Partymeile' gefahren. Meine Freundinnen und ich würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Es ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen.
