We had a fabulous time. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The staff really made the stay great. The food and services were really good. The room could have been cleaner, floor wasn't swept, found used qtips in the bathroom. Shower wall was loose. The rest of the hotel waa gorgeous. Would have liked hotel shuttle from airport.

I stayed at Sergios Hotel for five nights with my mate in October, paying about £70 per night between us. We arrived late, around 1am, and were warmly greeted by Stellios at the front desk. Check-in was quick, and he even arranged a light meal for us since we’d missed dinner — a lovely touch. Our room (504) was modern, spacious, and comfortable, with great details like black fittings, strong air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The cleaning team kindly split our double bed into singles the next day and provided extra pillows when asked. The food was excellent, with a mix of Greek classics like moussaka, stifado, and lamb kebabs, plus salads, pasta, and desserts. Fresh watermelon was served daily by the pool, and drinks were self-serve. Cocktails from the bar were great, and a special mention to Sofia, Fred, Luigi, and Mark — always friendly and welcoming. Although we couldn’t get a late checkout, we were allowed to use the pool and facilities until our evening transfer, and there was even a shower room to freshen up before leaving. I loved my stay so much that I’ve already booked to return next October. See you in 2026, Hotel Sergios!

Da wir im Vorjahr bereits in diesem Hotel Gäste waren, kann ich einen guten Vergleich ziehen. Leider zum Negativen. Wir haben in diesem Jahr, trotz weniger Übernachtungen extrem viel mehr zahlen müssen. Was es uns auch wert gewesen wäre... Allerdings waren wir von fast allem enttäuscht. Wir wurden in ein Zimmer im Eg verfrachtet, welches widerlich

Delusione all'arrivo!

Esperienza molto deludente, in quanto arrivati in hotel in piena notte (erano circa le 2 di notte a causa di un ritardo del nostro aereo Ryanair da Salonicco), abbiamo appreso che "la nostra stanza aveva avuto dei problemi a livello idraulico" e quindi che eravamo stati trasferiti in un altro hotel della stessa compagnia in quanto erano pieni. Secondo loro l'hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato era della stessa categoria, ma a giudicare da quel poco che abbiamo visto e dalle foto presenti sui siti, sembrava di categoria inferiore.

Das Hotelzimmer ist bezogen auf die Dusche eine Katastrophe. Das Wasser läuft ungehindert in das gesamte Badezimmer. Die Dusche ist einfach in einem zu kleinem Badezimmer. Noch nie so eine komische Installation gesehen. Das Essen war ansich ganz gut. Die Auswahl eher verbesserungswürdig. Einheimische Speisen hätte ich schon erwartet, vorallem aber eine anständige Auswahl an Fisch. Getränke wie meist üblich Sirup. Der Pool war ganz ok aber leider etwas klein. Die Liegen waren schon vor 10Uhr belegt, obwohl es laut Hausordnung nicht erlaubt ist. Kontrollen würden sich es anbieten. Ich würde das Hotel wohl nicht mehr nutzen und lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben.

I annonsen stod det 150m till stranden, lät ju bra. Men vid stranden där fick man inte bada, tillhörde hotellen som låg vid stranden. Det fanns en allmän strand några km bort, för långt att gå, hotellet hade ingen egen strand vilket man trodde när man läste annonsen om hotellet. Maten ok. Stegen ner i poolen hade alldeles för stort avstånd mellan stegen vilket gjorde det svårt att ta sig upp från poolen. Tack för mig

Preis Leistung Top Einfaches Hotel mit abgewohnten Zimmern. Leider nicht sehr sauber und sehr unfreundliches Reinigungspersonal. Personal an der Rezeption super freundlich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Essen war für uns ein Highlight. Jeden Tag frisch und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Barpersonal war mega. Luigi in der Mainbar ist ein Unikum. Lage ist super zentral. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir ca 20 Minuten zum Hotel gebraucht.

Super séjour merci à toute le personnel

Excellent hôtel, personnel très serviable et sympathique, excellent rapport qualité prix pour une pension complète; nourriture variée, beaucoup de plats typiques; possibilité de demander la veille la préparation d’un panier repas compris dans le prix; Des animations typiques: danses spectacles. Je recommande cet établissement qui convient aussi bien aux familles qu’aux jeunes car situé en plein centre ville à côté des plages, bars, restaurants.

Des vacances au top au sergios hotel , tellement top que l'on y retourne sans hesiter l'année prochaine ! Personnel trop gentil se plie en 4 pour leurs clients , tranquillité de l'hôtel malgré l'emplacement en plein ville et proche de la mer !!!! Repas délicieux et beaucoup de choix !! note negative: il cambio asciugamani 1 volta a settimana, loro scrivono che vengono cambiati ogni 3 giorni ma ovviamente il giorno della dimissione non te lo cambiano .La pulizia consisteva nel rifare il letto e lavare il pavimento ( solo le parti visibili.) la mia stanza era al 5 piano quindi abbastanza silenziosa.Il cibo era saporito e trovavi sembre qualcosa che poteva piacere, e sempre rifornito anche se arrivavi tardi.Caffe quello americano, per i liquori non saprei perche' non ne bevo. Hotel vicino al mare. Staff gentile, Tutto sommato ci tornerei.

Hotel bien place en centre ville ,plage a 100 metres chambre bien equipe coffre fort clim ecran plat literie confortable sur une semaine nous avons eu 3 spectacles le soir music live et folkore cretois ,le personnel est anglophone nous sommes en fin de saison certains serveurs ont perdu leur bonne humeur mais pas tous heuresement ! les repas en particulier celui du matin est certes généreux mais tendance anglosaxone pas de viennoiserie les repas manquent de grillades mais nous sommes dans un rapport qualite prix imbattable ne pas oublier que nous sommes dans 3 etoiles grec!

Empfehlenswert!

Nettes Hotel ohne viel Schnickschnack oder viel "Luxus". Das Essen war gut, schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Auch für Vegetarier war immer Gemüse und Salat da. Wenn man am Vortag schon wusste das man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist konnte man ein Lunchpaket bei der Rezeption anfordern. Den Stadt Strand möchte ich jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen. Zum Star Beach Strand läuft man ca. 20 - 25 min, wo es sehr viel schöner ist. Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, dass das Hotel hellhörig ist und leider muss man die Klimaanlage extra bezahlen.
