A fantastic hotel all round. We booked the all inclusive option which worked well for us. We had a room with a sea view terrace. It was worth the extra cost as it had a jacuzzi, bali beds, sofa & firepit! Yoga & Pilates equipment was also provided for our private use, so early morning yoga sessions on the terrace overlooking the sea were a must! The food & drink were also very good. All dinners were al la carte & the quality was exceptional even though they were catering for large numbers. The pools were large & there were generally plenty of sunbeds to use along with waiter service from the pool bar. The beach was opposite the hotel & had comfy sunbeds, serviced also by the pool bar. The only negative if there is one was that there wasn’t really much around in the immediate vicinity. However, we did hire a car which allowed us to go further afield so we could explore a bit more of Crete. A very relaxing holiday & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank you.

Sadly, we only stayed one night after our flight was canceled and we booked this hotel on a whim, and it did not disappoint! It was fantastic. The property is beautiful, the room was very spacious (great balcony with view of the sea), and the pools were amazing! The beach was stunning and all of the sun beds were comfortable. It was truly a magical place with lots of different options for lounging in the sun. At each sun bed, there is a button you press for food/drink service. There is also a wonderful bar right on the water. Dinner was incredible! I could not believe how delicious it was, especially for an all-inclusive hotel. Breakfast was equally incredible with every option imaginable! Impeccable service across the board. I would absolutely come back! Little stores down the street had nice little knick knacks for souvenirs and snacks, so definitely check them out. Only thing to note is that we had the hotel call us a taxi to the airport and I'm pretty sure we got ripped off. 20 minute ride to the airport should not be 45€ (it's that price in Athens when it takes almost an hour to get to the airport). Anyway, confirm pricing ahead of time or make alternate options!

Sehr komfortables, luxuriöses, schickes Hotel, Umgebung sehr ruhig, Fitnessstudio etwas zu klein, Essenskonzept passt bei All-Inklusive nicht für jeden, da wäre uns die Buffetlösung lieber gewesen. Die Stühle im Restaurantbereich Levante sind echt unbequem. Strand und Strandliegen sind top, Zimmer, Personal, Bar und Cocktails top. Tennisbälle und Fußball bitte mal neue kaufen. Für Paare sehr geeignet, das sind auch 95% der Gäste. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das gegenüber der anderen im Ort optisch hervorsticht.

Sehr leckeres Essen in den Restaurants. Ärgerlich ist jedoch, dass viele der Restaurants bei Ankunft bereits ausgebucht sind und man die beworbene Vielfalt ggf. nicht nutzen kann. Bestellungen wurden teilweise komplett vergessen oder an die falschen Tische gebracht. Hier besteht definitiv noch großes Potenzial bzgl. der Abläufe in den Bars/ Restaurants.

Superbe hôtel, les chambres avec accès piscine et matelas privatifs sont très très sympa, sans doute à préférer aux suites avec piscine privés pour lesquelles je n'aime pas les palissades de séparations que j'aurais plutôt supprimé ou végétalisé. Le personnel est attentif et agréable et cela sans se forcer et cela aide à passer un séjour agréable. Le sentiment qui en résulte est de se sentir plus accueilli que servi et c'est un point important. Bien sûr le panorama est superbe surtout vu de la piscine principale. Toutefois, et malgré tous ces points positifs, le joyaux de cet hôtel réside dans sa restauration, dont certains plats sont proches d'un bistronomique de qualité et des pâtisseries nombreuses et différentes chaque jour qu'on pourrait trouver chez Hermé. Optez pour le tout inclus, c'est vraiment un délice midi et soir dans les 5 restaurants thématiques. C'est d'ailleurs probablement ce qui m'y fera retourner. La plage est aussi équipée des mêmes "Transats matelas" de presque 40 cm d'épaisseur ! En cas de besoin, pour commander un excellent cocktail avec ou sans alcool voir un snack, il suffit d'appuyer sur une sonnette disposée sur chaque "parasol paillote" pour appeler l'un serveur du bar de l'hotel situé à 50 mètres. Pour finir, le personnel de réception, tout comme une partie du personnel de salle est multilingue et certains parlent couramment le français.

Wir haben uns für 10 Tage als Paar im Hotel Paralos Kosta Alimia eingecheckt. Empfang: Freundlich und zuvorkommend mit Willkommensdrink und Erfrischungstuch. Zimmer: Dem heutigen Standard entsprechend und sauber. Poolanlagen: Sehr schön gemacht. Sehr bequeme Liegen, welche direkt in dem Pool integriert sind. Strand: Hoteleigener Strand. Sehr schön und bequeme Holzliegen mit Strohsonnenschirm. Essen: Reichliches Angebot in guter Qualität. Verschiedene Restaurant: Mediterrane Griechische Taverne Griechischer Grill Seadfood Steakhouse Die Vorspeisen sind von den Portionen her viel zu gross. Weniger wäre mehr. Manchmal etwas zu lange Wartezeiten zwischen den einzelnen Gängen. Wir haben All- inklusive sehr geschätzt. Einen etwas bitteren Beigeschmack hatten wir ganz zum Schluss unseres Aufenthaltes. Wir haben am Vorabend an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob wir das Zimmer am Abreisetag länger als 12:00 Uhr (Check- out) behalten können. Man bestätigte uns dies und meinte, es wäre kein Problem, weil unser Zimmer nicht weitergegeben wird. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer gebraucht wird. Es ginge nur, wenn wir das Zimmer wechseln würden. Der Aufwand für 4 Stunden war uns aber zu gross. Schade, wir hätten gerne für das Zimmer die Verlängerung bezahlt. Jetzt müssen wir fast 5 Stunden auf den Shuttle warten. Wir hoffen Sie tragen dieser sehr schönen, neurenovierten Anlage sorge!

Fantastic location by the beach . Lovely spot for a relaxing holiday . We were the only English In the hotel but had a wonderful time chatting to folk from all around Europe . We accessed many trips such as snorkelling, scuba diving and sailing . The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent . The bar was open till midnight with a great range of drinks on the all inc package . The pool areas were super with very comfortable sun beds but we preferred the beach which also had these . We will be back .

Hôtel all in à recommander

Nous revenons chaque année dans cet hôtel situé à Anissaras. C'est un hôtel agréable tant pour les couples que pour les familles. Cette année certains espaces collectifs ont été rénovés. La nourriture y est bonne et variée. Une animation light est proposée au sein de l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel est sympa et aux petits soins.
