"Fantastic family stay at Mitsis Laguna. We're a family of 4 and we spent 5 nights at the hotel. The facilities were fantastic and the food incredible. We enjoyed the activities: tennis, ping pong, water polo, darts, evening entertainment and had a really nice time. The only things to potentially improve: (1) the room balcony was small and could only fit 2 people (2) there is one water slide - which is already nice. But having more than one and slightly larger slides would have been even better "

We have traveled as Hyatt globalists and by far--- this could be the best we think this could be the best in CRETE. Bravo! Eleni in the dining management is stellar. Incredible. The sushi restaurant- do it. Do the half board option and for sure -- the drink option. Hands down. Love the fact very few Americans- even though I am American. Have them arrange for your transfer from airport. This is an immaculate property. Get the private pool and I think garden view for a more private. "
