A short stay close to the airport.

They were very accommodating to us with a very late arrival. It is only about a 5 minute drive from the airport. The room is basic but clean. For a one or two night layover, it worked great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Booked these suites as we had a late flight from Heraklion and had to check out of our accommodation early. Perfect location right on the beach-and 5 minutes from the airport - swimming pools and restaurants on site. Suites have everything you need and are comfortably furnished and very clean. The staff were lovely as well. Highly recommend.

Great value for money

Great value for money for families with a pool and short walking distance to the beach. The trade off is that the room standard could be better, but it works. There may also be some noise from other guests that use the pool, even at night.

Can’t complain

It’s good to stay with reasonable rate. No complaints on room, location. Just 15 mins from the airport. Working distance from a beach. The kitchenette can be better such as frying pan or pot.

The room was renovated and clean except for mold in the shower. The bathroom cabinet was peeling. Restaurant access was great. Beach is very close. Small pool at the resort but the adjacent pool bar has a nicer pool area. AC was nice and cold and each room had its own AC unit. Worst part was the noise. Voices carry from outside very easily and airplanes coming and going are bothersome while sleeping. There is a city bus stop nearby but taxis add up quickly (20-25€ each way) when going to attractions, airport, ferry port etc. as this is far from those areas.

Great hotel

Hotel was very nice, the grounds were beautiful. The economy breakfast was very basic but did the trick. All in all, would definitely recommend.

George, was extremely helpful and pleasant! He was in constant communication with me prior to arrival. He made plenty of recommendations based in our needs. Places to see, how to get around, where to eat! They were all spot on! A great family place to stay with a restaurant with a children’s playground( for younger children under 10 ) The local beach was very clean, well maintained, and beach goers were very considerate and respectful! A great place to visit in Crete very close to the ferry port!

Siamo stati benissimo.Arrivati oltre mezzanotte ma ci hanno aspettato col sorriso.Parcheggio privato comodissimo.A pochi minuti dall'aeroporto di Heraklion. Sistemati bene,anche se il bagno è davvero minuscolo.Da sistemare il wifi.C'è una piscina comoda e rilassante con lettini.Servizio bar e ristorante tutto molto buono e a prezzi onestissimi.Acqua fresca da 1Lt a 1€! Buonissima la grigliata di carne e la musaka.Ci hanno aiutato con un problema al noleggio auto.Consigliatissimo

Hôtel très moyen, juste pour passer 2/3 jours

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Anemos Suites était correct bien qu'entâché de petits désagréments : en terme de confort, manquait un peu de vaisselle (pas de bols et très peu de couverts), pas de clé pour le coffre-fort afin d'y déposer nos documents et autres... En matière de propreté, les draps étaient légèrement tâchés et nos serviettes de bain n'ont pas du tout été changées (nous sommes restés 5 jours). Le ménage, bien qu'annoncé sur le site comme quotidien, n'a pas été effectué (seul vidage de la poubelle dans la cuisine et heureusement que nous vidions nos sacs poubelles tous les jours). Beaucoup de fourmis aussi dans l'appartement. La salle de bain n'était pas très propre également, le système de remontées du siphon était bien encrassé et attirait les fourmis. Côté extérieur, les photos n'étaient pas non plus très conformes à celles publiées sur le site (éclairages piscine n'ont pas du tout le même rendu en réel), le parking extérieur était situé sur le terrain vague en face et quasiment poussiéreux et le cadenas sur le portillon d'accès était cassé. La ruelle menant à la plage publique était très fréquentée. Beaucoup de bruit dû aussi au restaurant qui accueille des extérieurs à l'occasion d'anniversaires avec une multitude d'enfants et de fait le parking quasiment complet tous les soirs à partir de 19h00. Enfin et heureusement, Georges, le gérant, était sympathique et serviable... Il n'y avait "jamais de problème" 🤔 mais les solutions ne sont pas venues. Accès à la plage 👎
