Cozy, comfort Cottage
Warm, cozy, clean, great location convenient to highway, stores, gas stations and everything Hershey. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. James (Host) provided us with detailed information, he was also very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to communications. Easy check in/out, looking forward to returning!!!

Location was excellent! I was a little disappointed, it was not as cozy as expected since it has all concrete floors and the heat was off when I arrived.

This property was perfect for our weekend in Hershey. It is within 10 minutes of downtown making visits to the museum, zoo, and Chocolate World super easy. Very clean and all the amenities you need for a stay in the area.

Everything was perfect
Everything from booking to checking out went as smoothly as possible. House was immaculate and had every amenity we needed. Location was perfect (Ubers to and from Hershey we’re around $7 and never more than a 10 minute wait) communication with James was quick and easy. Really don’t have enough good things to say. Will definitely book again!

Girls Weekend
We stayed at the Cozy Cottage for a girls weekend of shopping and sight seeing. The Cottage was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of linens, TV that works, and decorated quite nicely. The location is just a short distance to chocolate world and the park. We were able to Uber everywhere from our location. Communication with James was easy and he replied promptly. Overall we loved the Cozy Cottage, we would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely property in PA
The cozy cottage was absolutely adorable and perfect for our family of four. The house was impeccably clean and well stocked with all the essentials you might need. The location is also super convenient to the Hershey attractions and local restaurants and shops. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Excellent & cozy spot for a little getaway!
My husband and I, along with our 2 dogs, had the best stay here. This lovely spot had everything we could want/need and the location was absolutely perfect. It was about a 5 minute drive to Hersheypark, which was the focus of our trip. Communication with James was excellent as well. I’d highly recommend this place if you want a convenient place to rest your head after enjoying some coasters & chocolate. We can’t wait to come back!

Super cute cottage
This place was such a great find! It is a smaller house but great for a small family. The location is only minutes away from many Hershey family attractions and if you are a MTB, well some sweet secret trails can be found 10 minutes away! The cottage has just about everything that you can find in your own house for baking/cooking. Thank you James for a wonderful experience!

The property was perfect! The location was perfect for what we needed it for. The house was absolutely adorable and clean spacious for us. The manager was always available and answered back within minutes of a email or text. When we got back to Hersey we hope to stay back here. The patio at night was the perfect touch to a long day to just sip and unwind. So quiet n peaceful. It was absolutely PERFECT!

Great location for a trip to Hershey Park
My son, husband, and two dogs went for a trip for a week to Hershey. The home is located half a mile from the park which really made it nice to go back and forth. The neighborhood felt safe. It’s an old township area so lots of little historic homes near by. The area is also nice because there is a shopping center nearby so if you don’t feel like cooking you can just go grab food there. James was also a very nice host. He checked in with us to make sure our stay went well. Overall the home is in good condition, it is kept well. You will find dishes and silverware as well so that was nice. Plenty of towels as well. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to more trips up.

The location could not have been more convenient to Hershey Park and the cute downtown area. The house is comfortable, clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, perfect for family!
Jame's property is literally less than a mile from Hershey Park and is a fantastic option for families wanting to visit the Park but not leave their fur babies (doggies) at home! Clean, convenient, and a great location- highly recommend!
