You can kayak down the river and get off right into the property. Plenty of space inside the house. Some of the areas started showing the age but it is not something I would worry much about. "

"When i got to the address it took a while 15 mins to locate the cabin, a local lady helped me find the sun-bleached signs by the entrance, she told me go straight back on the road and there it was. I could tell by looking around it was not clean. I cleaned the outhouse and swept the floor in the cabin. Overall it was quite and comfortable . Needs a table and chairs .Jerry"
