Upon arrival the lights were turned off and the hotel keepers came out because my new friend called them out. He told them I was guest and that was when the confusion began. "We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"Highly recommend this place! Cleanest hotel ever. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They knew it was our honeymoon and everyone went out of their way to make our time there special. The food was amazing. Especially the brunch buffet at Hacienda Kitchen. The swim up bar had the best bartenders. Christopher, Renford, Abril, Luis and Andres are the absolute best. We will be back. Splurge for the villa, it’s worth it!"
