"Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels, good to mention also that I had great amount if towels to use, not like other hotels or club where they expect you to use 2 towels during your whole stay or even charge you when you ask for one. Change the check-in and check-out time and it’d be perfect."

"We had such a delightful stay!! This was our 4th time visiting Los Suenos and staying in Del Mar. This unit was by far our favorite. The host was very attentive and the check in and check out process was a breeze. We loved the view! Lovely furniture and everything you could ever want was included - like beach towels!! Kitchen fully stocked as well. We want to stay here again!"

"The entire condo was very clean and kitchen was fully equipped except for small spoons. The concierge was fabulous. Everything from booking tours to even grocery shopping was tops. You couldn't ask for more. The view was amazing and that balcony was our high point. Coffee in the morning continued forever since it was so beautiful and breeze perfect! You couldn't ask for more. We would be back in a flash anytime. Thank you Johana and concierge Jordan. You were a pleasure to deal with."

"Initially we had an issue . The staff was great (Isaac) is the man! Beautiful location and great place ! Even if you don’t play golf . Gotta take their golf course tour . Plenty to see and the guide was fantastic . The excursions we set up were awesome and better than expected . Everyone we encountered was top notch!"
