Kind and responsive host, but unclean property
Check in was easy and the host was very understanding of us needing to come past normal check in hours. I would give the host 4-5 stars, but I cannot say the same for the property. There were stains on the comforter and sheets, and lots of hairs and dust/dirt in the shower..also the fridge didn’t have anything in it. It was easy to find, parking was simple, and I appreciated that the host messaged us to check in. I know this is a new listing, so I want to be understanding and kind, but we were fairly disappointed with the cleanliness and the fact that there is no tv.

The place was very nice. Bed comfy, neighborhood great, quiet. Easy parking. Private way to room was steep, no path in grass. Could have been cleaner. Host was very nice and accommodating. No TV.
