"The property was amazing however Expedia was not...we arrived after many incorrect arrival dates were sent to us.We tried to correct this and told them that was an old booking that they had updated and sent the new confirmation to our email. They had not updated the new dates on their reservation even though we had a hard copy.Thank you for Daniella in Bright Angel eservations for updating what had to be done at the property and all was saved...EXCEPT Expededia gave her such a run around about what we had paid...for 4 nites even though it had been revised to 3 nights.We will never book with Expedia again since money was never corrected."

"We loved this house! The game table, arcade games, basketball goals, and ping pong table kept all the kids busy while the adults relaxed on the patio and wrap around porch! The stargazing is incredible from this location! Short drive to the Grand Canyon and close enough to General stores and gas stations. The grocery is a little further drive into Williams."

"Parking is limited, so unless you’re lucky, it can be difficult to find a parking space close to the lodge. There is no microwave in the room. It would have been more convenient if there had been a microwave available in the lodge’s lounge or another common area. The view from in front of the lodge was stunning, both during the day and at night under the stars."
