"The property was well maintained and the staff was very nice. When I asked for restaurant suggestions they had a great list of restaurants in the area. Were the staff listing their favorites. Would stay here again."

"We had the most wonderful few days stay - I wish it was longer - Our room was great - loved the set-up. Bed was a bit soft but comfortable. Staff was helpful to us - Loved walking the grounds and spending time in the amazing pool. It's a little out of the way from shopping and restaurants - there is an on site one which was good but pricey. I would definitely give it a 10 - We stayed in a Deluxe Ocean Front King room bottom floor, could barely hear people above just the creak in the floors. "

"We were visiting the New England area for our vacation this summer and stopped in Freeport for the 4th, driving to Portland for fireworks. We thought this Inn looked charming and it did not disappoint. The kids enjoyed the pool area in particular. I think the adult's would have liked to enjoy the sitting room (parlor?) more, but we ran out of time."

"This is an older property that has been well cared for. The check-in was smooth, parking abundant, grounds clean and rooms were comfortable and in great shape for the age of this hotel. Breakfast was well stocked with fruit, cereal, bagels/muffins and the coffee was on point. Impressed with the noticeable updates and how they kept them within the hotel aged decor scope - well done! "It was a good stay. They were able to put us up in a room at ground level. My friend has difficulty with stairs and that is very necessary. We got in late but they understood and got us checked in fast. "
