Ocean View Family Beach House is the ideal self-catering getaway for a
large family or group of friends with majestic views of the mountain
and ocean, which is 500m away. Hermanus is famous for its land and
boat-based whale watching as well as its scenic beauty, mild climate,
and outdoor activities.
This Family Beach House is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom self-catering
holiday home. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, where four
of them offer en-suite bathrooms, and the fifth bedroom has a shared
bathroom. Two single beds are available in the fifth bedroom.
There is an open-plan kitchen and living space. The kitchen is
well-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee
machine, cutlery, and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with
stools. The dining room seats 12 people, and the lounge is comfortably
furnished with a fireplace and a TV. The lounge area opens up onto a
balcony with magnificent sea views. There is a firepit out back for the
whole family to gather around and enjoy.
Hermanus is a popular holiday destination on the south coast of the
Western Cape and is a short distance away. It is world-renowned for its
spectacular land and sea whale watching, beauty, warm climate, outdoor
activities, lush vegetation, and close proximity to Cape Town, making
it a great base from which to explore the Cape Overberg. The Whale
Coast Mall is 2km away and the Hemel and Aarde wine farms are 5km away.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 100 Coral Road, Bloubergsands, Cape Town
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
