"Recommended! I stayed at the Moxy one night and was very pleased with my choice. It’s an easy walk (even with bags) from the airport terminal. My room was ready early so I was able to check in and get settled. The lobby has a wonderful book theme to the decor so I felt right at home. My single-bed room was small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler and immaculately clean. The bathroom was also small but not so much that it wasn’t workable. The floor of the shower was a little slippery, but the bathroom was again very clean and the provided products filled and neatly arranged. The real star of the Moxy is its staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving a wonderful welcome to a traveler from far away. The city’s airport bus stops just outside the hotel, allowing for a reasonably priced and quick ride into Edinburgh to visit the city during your stay. I enjoyed a pizza and drink at dinner in the bar/dining area in the evening, and there was a decent variety of hot and cold options for breakfast in the morning. Checkout was quick and easy, and again, a quick walk back to the airport."

"Friendly staff, the hotel has a restaurant on site, which was convenient, but the rooms were very small. Hard with two people and two carry-ons and two personal items, there wasn't room to put anything. But we only stayed for a very short amount of time (technically only 5-6 hours) so it was doable. Conveniently located between airport and city center, plenty of restaurants around. Need to take the bus to the city center or Uber."

"The location was perfect for exploring edinburgh one day and heading for the airport the next. Being attached to the pub was so convenient and the food was incredible! It was quiet as well which i had been concerned about. The room was small but clean, the only fault I had was a lack of charging points for devices around the bed but we managed :) Really recommend eating here and for the price it was a perfect base for us"
