About this property
Villa San Marino, App. 7
Treat yourself to some real relaxation, unwind, and recharge your batteries—in the 3-room apartment number 7/8 on the ground floor of Villa Sana Marino in Heringsdorf, it’s a breeze. Perched above the rooftops of this sophisticated seaside resort, you can even enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony of your holiday home. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and the cosy living room sofa bed (1.20 m x 2.00 m) can accommodate up to five people. There are flat-screen TVs in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. All three rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished. The open and fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster, has a spacious dining area and opens directly onto the balcony. The apartment has two bathrooms. One is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and toilet; the other with a shower, sink, and toilet. To ensure you really don’t have to worry about a thing during your holiday, towels are provided for you and the beds are made (with an initial set of linens). To access the property, you’ll receive a remote control upon arrival, as the parking area is fenced off. Two parking spaces are reserved for you on the property. In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
High above the rooftops of the sophisticated town of Heringsdorf, on the Kulm—the seaside resort’s local mountain—stands an old and beautiful seaside villa, Villa San Marino. The town centre and the promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. Lovingly renovated in 2004, it looks down from the Kulm with its arched windows directly onto the Baltic Sea. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa stands in the middle of park-like grounds, which also feature a small playground with a seesaw and two swings. The spacious and stylishly furnished three-room apartments inside feature balconies with a side view of the sea. The holiday home also offers cosy comfort in the winter. From mid-September through mid-May, a large sauna is available free of charge on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is located in the adjacent building, Haus Annette. You can also use a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) in Haus Valentino (also on the property). The grounds are fenced off, so not everyone can access the property. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a remote control for the gate.
