The Villa Doris is a modern city villa in a quiet outskirts with a residential street. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes (1.5 km).
The holiday complex was completed in 2018 and consists of a main house with 6 exclusive holiday apartments and three high-quality holiday bungalows. The children's playground and a barbecue area branch off to the right from the driveway with sufficient parking spaces.
There is a communal lounge in front of the main entrance for quiet evening hours.
The special equipment of the villa includes a sauna and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee (coin operated machine).

The Hanau bungalow is located on the property of Villa Doris and has a south-west facing spacious terrace. The living room furnished in a maritime design convinces with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The double bedroom can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment is dog-friendly and particularly invites families and holiday guests who want to spend an exclusive Baltic Sea vacation.

Parking spaces are located on the fenced property.

Nuzt für die Anreise nicht direkt den Wiesenweg! Das ist ein unbfestigter und unbeleuchteter Weg. Parallel verläuft, etwas höher gelegen ein/e besser und befestigter Weg/Straße, die ihr erreicht, wenn ihr eine Ampelkreuzung weiter fahrt und dann scharf rechts abbiegt. Ihr fahrt dann an einem Schulzenrum vorbei und folgt der Straße bis zum Schluss. Dort biegt Ihre rechts ab und dann gleich nochmal rechts ab (vor der Werbeagentur).

Leute die hier über die Sauberkeit lästern sollten lieber vor der eigenen Tür sauber machen es war wie die Jahre davor alles Ordentlich und vor allem Sauber .Ein riesen lob an die Reinigungskräfte.
