The 39-square-meter studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is ideally suited for two people. The combined bedroom and living room features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a small sitting area, a TV, and a stereo system. From the dining table, you have a great view through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the adjoining terrace. You’re right on the promenade here and can enjoy easy access to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room and is separated from it by a high counter. Through the apartment’s hallway, you’ll reach the natural-light-filled bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack.

A designated parking space is available to you on the property. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. A lockable bike storage room, a small fitness room with a ping-pong table, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement and are available for use by guests.

A special highlight of the apartment is your own beach chair, included in the rental price, which is located right on the beach and is available to you from May through September.
