Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Ein Wald sowie der Strand sind in der Nähe. Auch ein Bäcker ist nicht weit. Für unseren Urlaub mit Hund perfekt. Die Wohnung ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Leider liegt die Terrasse in einem Innenhof ohne Sonne.

Schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden wann man braucht bzl Küche, für 2 Personen ausreichend. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei,Berner Sennenhund,.Für ihn war die Wohnung etwas eng. Terrasse ist nicht ganz so schön. Sehr klein. Von Häusermauern umgeben. Wenig Platz für unseren Hund. Laminat war für unseren Hund nicht ideal. Rutschte oft aus.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft..

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass die allgemeine Hygiene in Ordnung war. Allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, dass mögliche Rückstände früherer tierischer Gäste (z. B. Haare oder Geruch) vollständig entfernt werden – das hätte den Gesamteindruck verbessert. Die Nähe zu den Nachbarn ist ein Punkt, der in der Beschreibung nicht ganz deutlich wurde. Auch wenn uns die Kinder der Nachbarn keineswegs gestört haben, fühlten wir uns unwohl, abends länger draußen zu sitzen, da das Schlafzimmer der Nachbarswohnung direkt an die Terrasse grenzt – mit nur etwa einem Meter Abstand. Das hat ein gewisses Gefühl von Rücksichtspflicht erzeugt, das man sich im Urlaub eigentlich nicht wünscht. Die Terrasse selbst ist leider nicht sehr einladend. Sie liegt in einem von Wänden umgebenen Bereich, der eher an einen kleinen Hinterhof erinnert. Das ist nicht dramatisch, hätte aber in der Beschreibung transparenter kommuniziert werden sollen, damit man sich als Gast besser darauf einstellen kann. Auch im Hinblick auf die Küchenausstattung und das Mobiliar haben wir schon vergleichbare Ferienwohnungen in ähnlicher Preiskategorie erlebt, bei denen die Ausstattung insgesamt etwas hochwertiger und liebevoller ausgewählt war. Hier wäre mit kleinen Verbesserungen sicher noch Potenzial nach oben. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt trotzdem angenehm, und wir danken den Gastgebern für die Mühe. Mit etwas offenerer Kommunikation und ein paar gezielten Aufwertungen ließe sich das Urlaubserlebnis noch weiter verbessern.
