Freshly renovated, this modern two-room holiday apartment (50 square metres) for two people welcomes its guests. Thanks to its hillside location, you can reach your apartment with almost no steps, yet still enjoy the beautiful, elevated view of the lake. The unobstructed view of Lake Schmollensee is simply fantastic! But your holiday home also impresses on the inside with its modern, tasteful furnishings. The bright living room with its cosy seating area is complemented by the lovely dining area, which offers a great view of the lake even as you enjoy your morning breakfast. An electric fireplace conjures up a cosy fire at the touch of a button—snuggle up and enjoy your modern entertainment system with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an additional flat-screen TV. The small but well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped. The modern bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Another highlight of the apartment is the huge south-west-facing terrace with seating and sun loungers. This is an ideal spot to relax or admire the local white-tailed eagles. Of course, the beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided.
