Wir haben die Delbrück Villen vor vielen Jahren als DAS Urlaubsdomizil an der Ostsee für uns entdeckt und sind nicht nur in der Hauptsaison sondern auch zu anderen Saisonzeiten gerne Gast. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gut geführt , die Wohnungen sind modern ausgestattet und - und das ist uns sehr wichtig - sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung und der sehr persönliche Service ist lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit der Nähe zur Seebrücke kann man bequem an kulturellen Highlights teilhaben auf den Balkonen aber auch Ruhe und Entspannung finden. Die Lage wegen unmittelbarer Nähe zum puderzuckerfeinen Sandstrand ist ein i-Tüpfelchen auf jeden Urlaub.

Wir hatten das Apartment 222 im 2. Stock. Die Ausstattung war perfekt. Eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich und dazu ein Balkon mit direkten Blick auf die Seebrücke. Die ideale Unterkunft um von Heringsdorf aus die drei Kaiserbäder unabhängig zu erkundigen. Das Zentrum des Ortes und die Seebrücke sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, durch den Garten des Hauses ist man praktisch direkt an der Promenade. Das Personal im Servicebüro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit der Bahn angereist, der Bahnhof ist nur knapp 700 Meter entfernt und es war kein Problem auch abends noch einzuchecken und am Abreisetag vor 7 Uhr abzureisen.

Ich bin seit 20 Jahren eine treue Kundin von kaiservillen in Heringsdorf! Auch diesmal war es wieder ein Hochgenuss, super Entspannend und gemütlich! Mit herrlicher Aussicht! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte und alles in einem top Zustand! Kompliment an unsere Gastgeber!! Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!! Da wir seit Jahrzehnten FeWos der Kaiservillen Heringsdorf )Manchmal auch geschäftlich) beziehen, haben wir deren Entwicklung, auch in schwierigen Zeiten, hautnah miterleben können. Wir fühlten uns immer gut aufgehoben, der Service, ob Rezeption oder in den Häusern (unter der langjährigen, verlässlichen Organisation von Frau Berndt), ließ keinen unserer Wünsche offen. Trotz Vergleichen mit anderen Quartieren (auch Hotels) reisen wir gern zu den Kaiservillen Heringsdorf. Das sagt, glauben wir, doch alles.
