The barrier-free apartment on the ground floor with balcony is in a quiet and direct beach location and has a bedroom (double bed), a second bedroom (2x single beds), a living room with a complete kitchenette (dishwasher, 2-plate ceramic hob, dishes, etc.) with dining table and chairs and shower / toilet. The entire apartment is equipped with high quality, bright furniture (as well as TV and radio), parquet flooring and barrier-free. Elevator in the house. A covered communal terrace with seating and grill available. A lounge with table tennis is available in the basement on request. FW with 63 sqm. The final cleaning and the initial supply of bed linen and towels are included.

The DRK seminar house (kl. Apartment house), in an exclusive and quiet beach location, is equipped with eight barrier-free apartments. The house was opened in May 2003. Car parking space can be booked with € 3.60 / day. A cot and high chair is available on request. Washer and dryer are available for shared use in the property. A table tennis table can also be used on request. WiFi is available in the basement in the public area. From a minimum of 10 people, breakfast can be offered. (chargeable) As a partner of the Ostsee-Therme Usedom, we offer our guests a special service, you get a 50% discount on the entry price to the thermal baths (for all non-discounted tariffs), whenever and as often as you want to have fun in the bath and sauna. Please note that the thermal baths are closed for around 14 days each year in January due to maintenance work. 

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
