Beautiful and comfortably furnished apartment with balcony, only 100 meters from the beach promenade in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Quiet, yet centrally located, halfway between Entferung the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. A minute's walk to the beach (about 100 m) and about 5 minutes to the Baltic Sea Baths (200 m). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk to the town center Ahlbeck for 10 minutes to Heringsdorf 15 minutes. Nearby there are several cozy restaurants and cafes. The residential complex are also a children's playroom, Münztrockner and laundromat. A free parking is located on the property. Bicycle storage is possible in a lockable Community bicycle shed.-Brötchenservice (on request) for a fee on the spot ----- On the neighboring property, a new house is being built, so it can sometimes cause increased construction noise .----

Apartment 1. 2.12:
The comfortable 3-room apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of the apartment complex and is for max. equipped four adults and two children. The apartment has a living room with TV, stereo system, DVD player, telephone (free to landlines in many countries), W-Lan internet access (DSL / broadband). A fully equipped kitchenette with 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc. is also available. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds and a second TV, the bathroom is equipped with shower / WC and hair dryer. You can comfortably use the elevator to the apartment door.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
