The only small issue was with the shower curtain, as it didn’t stay properly on the hooks. A simple upgrade to sturdier hooks or a more secure curtain setup would make a big difference. That said, it was a very minor inconvenience compared to everything else was. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d happily return!"

"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but guests weren't offered their use. "
