"We stayed in a large, modern room on the fifth floor. A nice balcony with a view of woods (and the parking lot.) The room was very clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel had a nice pool and workout room. We sought massages but were told the masseuse was unavailable. Spa was five minutes away by car. Breakfast was a nice spread. Dinner menu items were limited and not appealing to us, but there are many restaurants in the city center. We felt very comfortable in this modern hotel. We would recommend it."

"Ok, my opinion is swayed as this was my first time back in my home town for 30 years. But despite that biased opinion, reception was quick, fuss free and professional. Room was clean, very functional I'd say. (Polite way of saying not a lot there) But clean and comfortable. I guess we're used to tea and coffee facilities in the uk. Food and beer we're great, some staff spoken english but once I bust out the German they really opened up! Superb grounds to wander about in of an evening too. Breakfast was just like and other euro breakfast, no issues. Didnt use the pool so can't comment. Plan on returning"

"Wir haben als siebenkƶpfige Familie mit Hund ein Wochenende in der Landratsvilla PrĆ¼m verbracht. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. FĆ¼r uns ideal war die Anzahl der Schlafzimmer. Diese sind groĆzĆ¼gig und freundlich. Drei Badezimmer gibt es, auch das war fĆ¼r uns ideal. Ausreichend HandtĆ¼cher und sogar BademƤntel sind vorhanden. Wir haben die sehr gut (!) ausgestattete KĆ¼che ausgiebig genutzt und bekocht. Der Grill auf der Terrasse, der Billard-Tisch, eine groĆe Sauna und natĆ¼rlich als Highlight das Schwimmbadā¦.. alles perfekt fĆ¼r unser Wochenende! Auch die Ausflugsmƶglichkeiten bei PrĆ¼m sind sehr vielfƤltig. Wir haben den Eifel-Zoo besucht. Das ist auch mit Hund mƶglich. Leider ist der zweite KĆ¼hlschrank nicht mehr intakt gewesen, das haben wir aber mit der Vermieterin bereits besprochen. Es wird bestimmt bald einen Ersatz geben, was bei so vielen Menschen im Haus sehr sinnvoll wƤre. Vermisst haben wir lediglich mehr AblageflƤchen in den BƤdern und Trockenmƶglichkeiten fĆ¼r HandtĆ¼cher. Auch ein paar KleiderstƤnder in den Schlafzimmern kƶnnten ergƤnzt werden. Nichts groĆartiges, vielleicht welche zum Rollen. Aber letztendlich hat das unser Wohlbefinden nicht geschmƤlert und es gibt auf alle FƤlle FĆ¼nf Sterne. Wir wĆ¼rden auch wiederkommen, da sind wir uns alle einig! Danke, dass wir zu Gast sein durften!"

"Staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious but everything was old and run down. The soap dispenser attached to wall came off with the first pump of soap. I rented a refrigerator for 2 days but it stopped working after the first day and it was a wine cooler and not a refrigerator. There was no USB charger in room either. The queen beds had two twin comforters that were very short. Overall it was a very basic hotel. "

"Great location in Monschau. Clean, basic hotel good for a nights stopover. Very comfortable & spacious bedroom. No complaints for the price. Recommend contacting the hotel prior to arrival to book a parking space as they are limited. Staff very helpful when we called en-route for directions."

"Wir haben ein langes Wochenende mit 14 Leuten, Baby und Hund auf der Kronenburger Alm verbracht und sind begeistert. Das Haus war super sauber, gut in Stand gehalten und bestens ausgestattet! Von Servietten und Seife Ć¼ber Grillkohle bis hin zum Fƶn ist alles vorhanden. Dank Kicker, Billiard, Darts, Flat TV, Sauna, Hot Tub und groĆer Terrasse mit Aussicht ins GrĆ¼ne fand jeder auch dann eine BeschƤftigung, wenn wir nicht gerade die Umgebung erkundeten. Wir waren anlƤsslich des 75. meines Vaters dort und zur BegrĆ¼Ćung gab es sogar ein 10l-Fass Bier. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben schon hƤufiger UnterkĆ¼nfte fĆ¼r grƶĆere Gruppen gebucht, aber diese hier war mit Abstand die Beste und ein absoluter GlĆ¼cksgriff. Hier steht einer entspannten Auszeit absolut nichts im Wege. :)"
