"Spa was a bit too cool, bedroom air conditioner was far too noisy to use. Pool in general was very shabby, Spa Pool ladder was dangerous & needs fixing immediately."

Our small pet was snagged three times on the long thorny blackberry stems even though he was on the lead at all times. The grass required mowing.The cottage was well appointed and in a good location close to town."

"This is the most terrible place to stay. No deep clean undertaken in ann extremely long time. Only surface clean. Cottage smelt of old fat and cooking. The bbq was unusable it was that disgusting. There was cat pee still smelling near the bed. The only good thing was the linen was clean. The owner has no care and no interest in coming to the party to provide a refund. Never stay here ever. "
