The location alone justifies serious consideration. Operationally, the staff performs at a high level — attentive, responsive, and consistently professional. Service quality is a clear strength. That said, the property shows craftsmanship gaps in certain construction and finish details — particularly in carpentry and masonry — where higher standards would materially elevate the resort’s overall impression. The primary weak point is the food program, which falls well below the level set by the location and service quality and deserves immediate improvement. Bottom line: exceptional setting, excellent staff, correct price point, premier location — with facility finishing and culinary execution representing the main opportunities for upgrade."

"This hotel provides a great calm place to relax. The gardens are beautiful and are well maintained. The beach is rocky but there are swings and hammocks to relax on, also you can see lots of marine life activity amongst the rocks, we spent hours there. The breakfast was excellent. A great place to stay. "
