"After a disastrous stay at Silver Sand Sea Princess I was dreading this stay just as much! I really missed a beat when checking in as I hadn’t paid for the room so should’ve just cut my losses and stayed elsewhere. "This place was the only bad experience in an otherwise wonderful trip. Hotel does not have adequate staffing which led to most of the following issues: - it took 1 hour for them to check us in. People before me had been standing for more than 2 hours waiting for staff to prepare the rooms even though previous batch had checked out 3 hours before - No wifi in rooms, only available at reception with 200mb limit per person. - Landline was not working in room and they asked us to come to reception...

"Outstanding hospitality by every member we interacted with, right from the reception to the wonderful people who served us, the marine biologist, the chef and the singer at the cafe. Very appreciative of the prompt response and kindness that we experienced."
