Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits were frozen and you had to microwave them so they ended up very doughy and not very appetizing. Otherwise a reasonably priced very clean establishment

I would have given 5 stars except we were woke up by kids running, stomping and hollering this morning and it went on for about 2 hours. I believe they were in room next to us, we were n 300. We had late night so intended on a sleep n this morning. I do believe the kids belong to the owners.

The main problem I had with my stay here was that I was billed twice for the room. Hotels.com stated that I had paid for the room, but the clerk at the desk did not agree, and seemed to have a hard time understanding what I was saying. I paid for the room again hoping to resolve this through Hotels.com, but they were told to call back when a manager was available, and I have been informed that they were never able to reach a manager. Seems like a scam to me, but at best it's awful customer service. As for the property - it's adequate for an overnight highway stop, the breakfast was a little stale by the time I got there, but there were still eggs and sausage.

Thank you for a super nice stay! We stayed in one of the rooms that was remodeled and it was clean, comfortable and got the rest we needed for next day’s traveling! We always love the breakfast here, we have stayed at this location several times over the last 3-4 years and the improvements are great :)

The room was super clean. The breakfast was fine for the family, I appreciated the oat and almond milk options available. The only bummer was the pool was closed and I had to break my 11 year olds heart. Other than that super happy with this hotel.

Needs a good cleaning and updating. Even the flower beds and entryway were dirty. Had it not been non refundable, we would have left. I wouldn’t even shower this morning, I just wanted to get out of there.

First, it was a bit noisy in the halls. The rooms were very clean and it had comfy beds.The breakfast was disappointing as there was not much to it.

Several issues with this stay. When checking in, there was a fee for “early check in” but would only be accepted in cash. The person checking us in was unprofessional and constantly needed to scratch his stomach after lifting his shirt. The room was clean and good size. And other than the front desk giving a door key to our room at 1am, the stay was fine.

Never made it to hotel because our car broke down. Manager would not give refund as it was non refundable. I understand except this was an unfortunate incident and we had to get a hotel in another town until our car could be fixed. Can’t believe they wouldn’t have made an exception in this case

Brow beating for outside booking service
Overall a decent hotel. Got berated by the front desk staff upon check in for using a third party app to book instead of going straight to them. I travel a lot and use a lot of different hotel chains, so I like using a third party booking service for rewards. They should just get over it and let people choose how they want to book.

The staff was short, They gave us zero guidance as far as where we needed to go/where our room was located. We noticed right away that there was a smell in the building and that it seemed they were having issues with their pipes. We ask staff where we need to go for the elevator, get to our room and it reeks, We brush it off and get in the shower so we can go swimming after, the towels smelled like the room and there was no hand soap just face wash. We get ready to swim and the pool is closed, there was no warning on the website and staff said nothing about it. We really tried to make the best of our stay but we start looking around our room and find trash in the drawers, half eaten bags of chips and just generally didn’t seem like they cleaned the room very much. We wake up the next morning and staff is rushing us out the door, We had the dnd sign on our door and staff still walked in at 10:20 when check out is 11pm I had to rush and get dressed it felt very invasive. We tried to talk to staff about our negative experience but they seemed to busy and uninterested. I would not stay here again.
