Relax with a book on one of the two balconies or wander along of the paths along the river. Guests staying at The Oars can soak up the scenery from the comfort of one of the two balconies positioned perfectly with far reaching views of the river. The interior of each room has been beautifully designed in a modern style. The kitchen and dining area has huge floor-to-ceiling bi folding doors that stretch the full width of the space bringing in lots of natural light and a great spot of people watching. In the mornings, sit up in the master bedroom sipping a cup of coffee while you watch the mist rise from the water or curl up on the sofa in the evening soaking up the view. Two of the three bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom with a powerful walk-through shower and stylish designs. The living room on the second floor also benefits a bi folding door, centred around the stunning views with a large sofa and fire place. Outside, on the private deck, you’ll find a spot to enjoy dinner alfresco. - No unauthorised guests or visitors - No pets - No parties or events - Strictly a maximum of 6 guests only - Guests enter the balconies at their own risk - No BBQs please on the balconies - No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets - Fireplace is out of use due to fire regulations
