There is no staff ever at the front desk. The sheets on the bed had hairs in it so they don’t change the sheets. There is no working telephone in the room. There were people partying outside my window on the first floor for over 90 minutes lat night keeping me awake and there is no security there. I finally had to call the hotel number on my cell phone to complain and got some non English speaking foreigner to complain and nothing was done to break up the crowd. Terrible hotel. "

"For the price, this Hyatt does not deliver. Ice machines inoperative, room refrigerator leaked. Musty smell in room. Suite rooms very small. No in house restaurant. Staff were great, but overall, a very poor delivery for the price. We chose this Hyatt because it was more expensive than other local area hotels and assumed it would deliver based on the brand and price. It failed to deliver. Felt like the exact same delivery we could have gotten for $100 less a night."
