Room was in appearance clean. With a closer look: baseboard and bathroom floor were dusty. Bathroom sink faucet had residual dirty. The inside of the washer was moldy.
Overall location, not the greatest.

The bed duvet had blood and either pee stains on it. Spoke to reception and they changed it. The bar run out of mixers for cocktails. Had trouble with the wifi and was told they were busy. Had trouble getting laundry powder as they thought they were out. Seemed like they were trying to save on giving products out but did tell us to ask if we need anything
