Excellent service from all staff. Could not fault their attention to detail. Always pleasant and helpful. Scott the concierge is always happy to help and a valuable asset to this hotel. Great room with a premium river view outlook. BUT...Please clean your windows so the price tag reflects the view. They were extremely dirty. Be aware of an hour check in at 3 and waiting 40 minute's to receive our car out of valet was very unfortunate as well. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
