"This hotel is great. Breakfast was fresh and the eggs were delicious. Parking is easy and ample. It was nice to be able to take the staircase to the third floor sometimes after a long travel day. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub even though we never found the button for the jets. The pillows were too soft for my preference but the room was not bad. It was so helpful to have a refrigerator. The lobby/breakfast area was clutch as my take-out meal didn't come with forks or napkins. Friendly staff and a generally fun vibe. "

"Traveling with medical alert service animals can often times present unique difficulties for access and cleanliness, but not this trip! We were able to enjoy smooth, simple check-in, quick response from property management and all the little extras (extensive grounds for free play outside, fresh fruit & muffins!) to make our stay one that will be a frequent flier booking. "Hallways were dirty, food and garbage scattered all over. Everything smelled of cigarettes or weed. Poorly made media center was tipping so the drawer would not close, my husband hit his shins on it on the way to the bathroom. Bath tub and sink were stained. Couch had a huge hole. Sheets were rough, mattress was lumpy, towels were very small. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Water pressure was low. There’s a leak somewhere in the bathroom so floor was wet. Check-in staff was fine, check-out staff avoided eye contact and ignored me. "
