We were able to enjoy smooth, simple check-in, quick response from property management and all the little extras (extensive grounds for free play outside, fresh fruit & muffins!) to make our stay one that will be a frequent flier booking. "Nice, clean room, very convenient to Windmill and restaurants. Check in by code was simple. Some patching had been done on sink and tub but was well done. Only complaint from my husband was that the water pressure in the shower was too intense to where it was irritating. He suggests a bigger showerhead."

"We checked in late and left early. It was dark both times, so we couldn't see the surrounding area. As I said, it was late, so I want to give the office staff the benefit of the doubt regarding his behavior. He seemed impatient with us and didn't want to talk. Normally, they will tell you what your room number is even though it's written down and they will direct you to your room. He did none of that. I typically don't give bad reviews; I give what is deserved. I also consider how much we pay for a room and balance that with the condition of the room. Our room was very inexpensive so I didn't expect much. The beds were clean and comfortable. However, the top of the headboards had a heavy layer of dust. They obviously had not been dusted in a long time. The faucet leaked very badly. So much so, we had to lay a bath towel on the counter so the water wouldn't run on the floor. The overall review of this hotel was 8.2 and I have no idea why."
