This 2 bedroom (with bonus sleeping space), 1 bath home is conveniently located for ease of access to the area's amenities, yet feels tucked away on a private cul-de-sac within walking distance of many in-town points of interest. Well-appointed in an artsy-nautical style, this property has been completely renovated for guest comfort. This house is rented as a full-house rental, so guests can enjoy bedrooms, bath, fully-appointed kitchen, and living and dining areas in complete privacy. Cozy Weekend GetAway
The Urban Farmhouse is cozy, comfortable, and clean. The bath and kitchen were well supplied. We were attending a concert at the William’s Auditorium and it was very convenient for that. The winery and farm tour was a very enjoyable adventure. Would return if in the area again. Valerie is a wonderful host.

Urban Farmhouse Graduation stay
Property was well stocked, clean and comfortable. First one we have stayed at that provided a grill! Often over the last 6 years of visiting we have wished for a grill. This was a quick visit and we did not have time to enjoy many of the amenities. We struggled a bit with the bathroom being in the master bedroom but we managed. Loved the property overall, hostess was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here on business with two other co-workers coming to area for to work insurance claims for my firm. We had a incredible stay with perfect location for us. 🍳🥚🐓 The host offered some fresh farm eggs from their chickens at their farm and I couldn’t resist! Great tasting eggs! Great host! Great stay!

Our stay was exceptional and Valeria was so accommodating. After a very long day of traveling, this property had all the extra amenities we needed and a super comfortable bed! The property/area was nice and quiet too. We will definitely be booking with Valeria again!

Great location
We chose this house for its proximity to FHU since we come often to watch our son play baseball. It’s a very short drive which makes it very convenient! Great place for us all to hangout and have dinner after the game. It’s clean and cozy. Perfect setup for our family. We have a teen daughter who always brings a friend, so that works well too. Will definitely stay again!
