Welcome to Winchester House—a 2,280-sq-ft SoCal sanctuary designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Bask by the private, heated pool (seasonal) or unwind in the year-round hot tub. Lounge on sunbeds, dine alfresco by the charcoal grill and fire pit, and enjoy mountain glimpses from the furnished patio and balcony.

Inside, an airy 5-bed/3-bath layout sleeps up to 12 with cotton linens, extra pillows, room-darkening shades, and ample closets. Cook and gather in the modern granite kitchen with double stainless ovens, 5-burner gas range, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, kettle, and blender; share meals at the large dining table. Stream on the Smart TV, cozy up to the gas fireplace, or plug in at the private workspace with free Wi-Fi.

Practical perks: central A/C and heat, in-unit washer/dryer, private entrance, garage and street parking. Long-stay friendly.

Good to know: registered guests only; quiet hours 11 pm–8 am; no parties, pets, or smoking. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool toys await in the side-yard shed.
