Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric panel heaters and electricity by meter reading. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Enclosed garden with patio, barbecue and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A leafy ‘no through’ lane leads to this restored barn, set in its own 0.25 acre of patio and lawns. Overlooking farmland with distant sea views and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it is a tranquil haven for walkers and nature lovers. The village shop and pub are about 1 mile by car – or a 0.5 mile walk across fields. Well situated for exploring both north and south coast beaches and footpaths, Poldhu Cove (pictured) is just 3 miles away and Lizard Point is 7 miles. Helston with its shops and Flambards theme park are within 5 miles. Falmouth 11 miles. Penzance 20 miles. Eden Project 30 miles.

We had a great stay at Burnoon Barn.

We had a great stay at Burnoon Barn. It is in a beautiful countryside location overlooking cow fields. It is perfectly located for exploring all the south west of Cornwall. The cottage is spacious, really well equipped and really well looked after. The shower is amazingly powerful. The owners are really friendly. We would definitely stay here again x

An excellent cottage with everything needed for a peaceful holiday. Roomy cottage within spacious grounds. I would recommend this cottage to those with children as well as couples it has it all. We had a wonderful time.
