Lovely stay

Self service check in as arrived at the weekend, studio has everything you need, lovely saunas and workspaces. Particularly enjoyed the pool table.

Good vibes. Gym and sauna is great. Laundry and dryer is good. Overall i am super satisfied and i like the entertainment. I wish they would have more game room so i can play the ps5. Its first come first serve.

Perfect for us and two dogs

We found this place over a year ago and always stayed here after that when visiting in Helsinki. Comfortable room is suitable for two adults and two dogs. Cleaning every second day, fitness room, laundry room and sauna - all available for free.

The studio is a perfect size for a solo stay — cozy, comfortable, and equipped with a small kitchen, ideal for preparing a warm homemade meal on cooler days. Just a heads-up: the iron and hairdryer are kept in shared storage, so you’ll need to self-service them when needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to daily groceries, Prisma, and nearby metro and bus stations, all within a short walking distance. A bonus for Marimekko fans — there’s a store nearby offering great prices too! Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. I really like that it’s more of a self-service stay without much hotel-style staffing — personally, I adore this kind of setup. It makes the whole experience feel calm, private, and effortless.😊

Noli studio

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the studio was cosy and well equipped. Checkin was smooth and had no issues. The heated bathroom floor was phenomenal. All in all very good stay and would 100% come back again

Property had all the facilities needed for a short or long stay. Close to the city centre via metro, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Only issue I had was that my room was next to an elevator shaft and I could hear it going up and down all night

The best for us

Absolutely the best alternative to travel with two dogs. Dogs don't pay any extra and room is enough big even for a little play. Now we spent here a week and room was cleaned twice. And you get even email when it has been done. Excellent service.

Great quality-location-price ratio!

Clean, great location close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Next building has pizzeria and restaurant. One block to shopping center. Small gym with top quality equipment! Sauna. Kitchenete had everything you need for cooking. Fast internet. Remember there is no tv. No noice from the highway.

Practical stay for multipurpose needs

Well worth the price. Location is noisy, thus the windows must be kept closed. On the other hand, the hotel is very well within reach either using the public transport or other means of travel. The working space, library and free bicycles are definite pros for the stay. I also appreciate the quality of the hygiene products, as well as overall cleanliness. Would stay again.

Very satisfied

The subway station and bus stop were nearby, so it was convenient to go anywhere. There was a Marimekko restaurant, a supermarket, and a park where you can enjoy a walk in 5 minutes on foot. The room had a kitchen, which was very convenient. We were able to use the washing machine with detergent and a well-maintained bicycle for free. After checking out, they kept our suitcases until 6pm. We were satisfied with everything.

I had high expectations because of the good reviews. Our studio was quite small and the bed not very comfortable. The building is new, all the equipment is working. Parking was possible on the sand area, it is a question how long time this possibility will be there. Shopping and public transport is near to the appartments.

We stayed for one night in the 8th floor studio apartment. There was no air-conditioning and the ventilation was insufficient, not what you'd expect in a new property. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, even though it was only about 20 degrees outside. It felt like there wasn't enough replacement air in the room. We only spent 8 hours sleeping there and it was a relief to leave the room in the morning, when usually in hotels you want to stay and relax until the last minute. There was one item under the bed left behind by a previous customer. Otherwise, the room was modern, clean and well-equipped for longer stays as well. This being our first time in Noli, we had great service for the check-in process from the lobby hostess.
