"A very old historical building(Once a russian school on a fortress)You have to get ferry there but runs very regular.Great experience.Imaculately clean.Great staff.If I had to find a negative maybe some of it looks dated.But its a very old building.I would definatley return."

"Self check in near to midnight worked seamlessly. Very short walk from the train station, centrally situated a short walk to the university, cathedral, harbour. Lots of cafes, shopping, very safe. Hostel was warmly heated so, very comfortable in cold January. Bathrooms clean, bed very comfortable and bedding clean. Hostel has a small kitchen if needed and there is a communal hairdryer stored there. too."
