    the famous Charles Rennie Mackintosh ‘The Hill House’ which is a 5-minute drive from the property. Then take a walk through the forest trail Duchess Woods which you can start via the car park.. This walk offers stunning views overlooking the River Clyde.
    Hermitage Park is located in the centre of the town with well-kept grounds and small play park.
    For the more avid walkers Three Loch Way and John Muir Way are excellent trails.
    If walking is your thing, Helensburgh Upper Train Station has a direct route to Fort William where people finish the famous “West Highland Way”

    Helensburgh waterfront is the perfect way to blow off the cobwebs. Grab an ice cream at “Dino’s” and enjoy a walk along the front towards Rhu. Providing beautiful views of the sailing boats and lunch at “The Beach Comber” They sometimes have pop-ups where you can purchase fresh flowers from Home Grown Flowers & Crafts

    If you want to go slightly further afield, the host also recommends visiting Lomond Shores situated in Balloch that has shopping, an aquarium, Tree Zone and seasonal watersports. Only a 13 minute drive from the apartment you can visit one of the most famous lochs in Scotland, Loch Lomond.
