No hot water to have a shower on both days. Breakfast not that exciting. Room very small for a twin room needed to keep light on all of the time due to not very big window.

Nice decor. Got walked in on by staff whilst changing. Very hot with no opportunity to open windows. No hot water for shower in the morning. No offer for any compensation when complaint was heard.

The food was superb with lovely decor. Very friendly staff. They could do with a full length mirror and shelf and hooks for coats in the room. Wonderful shower. Beware the kitchen shuts at 8pm. Could do with brightening the outside of the hotel as not very inviting from the outside, loads of free parking over the road. I would go there again.

They did delete a few items from their Gluten Free list for food, breakfast is not a cooked one anymore also. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very clean location and in the center of the town.

Poor Customer service, in the bedroom & bathroom things are broken and not working properly. Late night the hotels was audible because there was a pub next room near the reception. The breakfast was disappointing with no hot meals just continental breakfast. Lastly early check out of 10 am with no comprise and extra fee charged for later check out. Very disappointing stay 😟

The room was pleasant and adequate for a one night stay. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was appalling. Very little food available, no service, very poorly organised. Bacon, sausages kept warm and did not looked cooked.

Lovely interior. Staff friendly. Easy free parking opposite. There was no option to have a proper cooked breakfast though, and the lady working there had to go out and get extra food as the buffet ran out despite not many people staying
