This studio-like house is centrally located in Helena allowing guests to get just about anywhere in 5-10 minutes! Private space, fenced in yard, and lots of charm! The perfect getaway for one person or a couple whether you're passing through town or making Helena your home base for a while.

The Space:
Make yourself at home in this simple and cozy cottage! Your stay here will allow you to access all that Helena has to offer in just a few minutes. Downtown Helena, which offers a variety of restaurants, breweries, a local distillery, wine bar, entertainment and community events is only 1.5 miles from the Cottage. Other nearby attractions include the Montana State Capitol (1.6mi), Carroll College (1.4mi), Lewis and Clark Brewing Co (0.5mi), Crooked Furrow Brewing (0.6mi), Mount Helena trailhead access (2.8mi), and more!

The cottage has a full kitchen with basic cooking essentials, the bathroom features a stall shower, and the smart TV will allow you to access your accounts to watch your favorite shows. Help yourself to coffee in the morning if you'd like!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house and property.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is very central with easy access to downtown, shopping centers, local breweries, and the major highways. This area is residential with a school nearby.

Getting Around:
There is on street parking in this residential neighborhood. Typically the spot directly in front of the Cottage is available, but because there is no designated parking we cannot claim the spot as yours!
