Great place!

Our stay in Helen was short but we loved it. Really nice town and this rental was perfect for us. The property was very clean and we enjoyed the huge beds.

Place was nice and clean and easy to find. Had really comfortable beds and every room had it’s own bathroom. It was a little hot and thermostat wouldn’t let us turn it down.

Great stay for a family or group

Great end unit of a condo complex close to town. Each bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Place was very, very clean, and set up well as a short term rental with tasteful and simple furnishings and decor. Will definitely have this as my "go to" for Helen for when we return again!

Lynn's place is absolutely wonderful. You feel at home immediately, as Lynn has taken such great care to insure a special stay. There simply is nothing left undone or forgotten. We definitely recommend.

Location was perfect. Unit was very clean. The only reason for the four stars was the plumbing was a little rattling in the showers. Pressure was good overall, would definitely go back!

The place was great. Great location and beds were very comfy. Will def stay here again. Just be aware there are stairs that you must go up to reach the front door and 2-bedrooms are upstairs so if you have any trouble with stairs this is not your place. But for us it was wonderful. Next time we will be staying a little longer. (only stayed 1-night on our way to Gatlinburg)

The location is great, the owner was super responsive on any questions or concerns I had. The house fit our needs for a few days while visiting Helen with family. The rooms were large and it was nice that everyone had their own bathroom. There are quite a bit of stairs going up to the unit but we made it work.

Great Getaway

The cabin was perfect for our crew. The owner was great at communication, which we needed for a few small issues, but they were easily and promptly taken care of. Perfect location-close enough to "the strip" while being far enough away to not be inconvenienced with traffic and noise. We also enjoyed the NoFo Brewery and Mountain Creamery, just 10-15 minutes away and Anna Ruby Falls.

Wonderful stay

This place is awesome! The pictures and descriptions are accurate. Two of my best friends and I rented it for a girls weekend. We each had our own king size bedroom and private bathroom. It is nestled in a nice location that is close to the main area. The property manager is very nice and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!!!

We had a great stay. It was a wonderful location, not too far to drive to downtown Helen, but far enough away from the crowds. We did have littles with us, so the steps up to the condo, and the stairs inside took an adjustment. The whole process was wonderful though!

Great Condo

This condo has really nice space, comfortable beds and is well located to the river and town. We spent a lot of time down at the river just down from the condo. Fantastic! You have to go up and down a lot of steps to get to and from the front door, but they aren’t steep. The owner was so helpful and responsive to messages.
