Puppy Love - Free Spring Night

Loft bedroom with king size bed and heart shaped red Jacuzzi. The back screened porch is semi secluded, sitting area and gas grill. The main level has an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room. Puppy Love is conveniently located with in a few miles of Unicoi State Park. While at the park you can enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, boating and Anna Ruby Falls. Or downtown Helen is only about 5 miles for your shopping, dining out or tubing down the river.

Please know that the hot tub at Puppy Love is not working.

This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $25 + tax for each additional.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Puppy Love is available to families or to guests 21 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles.
• Access: The road is dirt and gravel. Road not suitable for low profile vehicles
• Pets: Pets are allowed at Puppy Love.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was amazing and the cabin was close enough to Helen but still far enough that you felt like you had your own little hideaway.

Hot tub outside was great!.. the heart shape one was alittle aged and leaked alittle from ceiling to downstairs bath. Although some things inside need to be replaced due to age it was very secluded and cozy. I would suggest hanging slme mode setting white lights around patio and maybe a few trees.

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed the cabin very much. The location was close to downtown Helen and the hot tub was a little dated, but worked fine. Enjoyed just being able to relax and get away from our busy lives for a weekend.

Cabin was as shown in pictures. Everything was good with the exception of refrigerator leaked and there was no mop. We really enjoyed our weekend there and would book again. The road was rough getting to the cabin, but still it was great experience for us.

Cute little cabin

The cabin was adorable and just as seen in the photos. I wanted rustic-ish and private and I think we accomplished that. I would definitely say it needs to be updated a bit and I already spoke with the rental company about small issues and cleaning that should be addressed for future guests. I would stay here again though.

I thought the best part was Sherry called to make sure everything was working properly & that we didn’t have any issues & she said if we needed anything at all or a problem came up please call them. We are planning on renting again very soon.

Cabin amd location were good. A few problems directv did not work remote to downstairs tv also didn't work. Mgmt. Sent a guy to work on it promptly who was great. Brought a new remote and fixed a door to the bathroom. Overall great place and wiill call

Hot water runs out before the heart shaped bath tub gets 1/2 way full and stopper does not fit so tub drains. There was some sand on the floor and it felt like the bed had crumbs in it but that could have been the sheets.

The cabin is nice, but there were some things I didn't like about my stay. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair. I cleaned it myself because I had just arrived and needed to take a shower. I found a mouse in the kitchen trash in the cabin during the night. And the cabin doesn't have a nice decor to make it cozy. At night, the structure and facilities make a lot of noise, which made us sleep badly. One last thing: to get to the cabin, you need to have a truck or a high-rise car.

Big let down!

The cabin was not bad...but, the bed was awful, bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs, jacuzzi tub is big enough...the hot water tank is not. The fire extenquisher had already been used, a screw was just at my eye level near the bottom of the stairs, and it was just an overall disappointment!

Reviewer Comments: 1) paper towel roll was a quarter roll2) bugs (mostly dead) except for the sink roach3) a mouse underneath the hot tub4) the jacuzzi upstairs scared us with the wiring. We didn’t use it.5) the front door had no curtain for privacy. We bought a towel to hang where a curtain should be.6) the fridge leaked water on the floor our entire stay.7) the green chairs on the porch were getting wet from rain water running down the wall.8) entrance would be difficult without a truck. 9) no broom or dust pan was in the cabin. It rained most of our stay and it would have been helpful.10) generally musky smell.The area is fantastic. The hot tub saved our stay.
